    ATTENTION: THE TIME THAT THE TEAM BUS IS SCHEDULED TO
    LEAVE HAS CHANGED. BUS WILL NOW BE DEPARTING AT
    11:15 AM AND FANS ARE ASKED TO BE IN PLACE ON THE STREET
    BY 11 AM.

    Lowville, NY- Organizers are encouraging members of the community to come
    out and show their support to the Lowville varsity boys basketball team on
    Sunday, as they depart for the Carrier Dome in Syracuse to take on General
    Brown in the Section III Class B championship game. Game time is 3:45 PM.

    Jennifer Sauter and Cheryl Morrow are organizing a send-off for the team,
    inviting community members to line the street, wear red, and bring signs of
    encouragement to show community support. The team bus is scheduled to leave
    the school at 11:15 AM, with organizers asking fans to be in place on the street
    by 11 AM.  The bus will be escorted to Route 177 by a Lewis County Search and
    Rescue fly car.

    (*Note: This story has been updated, an earlier version incorrectly indicated that
    Lowville Fire would also be escorting the team bus to Route 177. The time the
    bus is leaving has also been changed from 12 PM and the team bus IS NOW
    SCHEDULED TO LEAVE AT 11;15 AM.)

Saturday, advancing to the sectional championship at the Carrier Dome on March 3
