Lewis County, NY- Polling locations throughout Lewis County will be open
from 6 AM until 9 PM on Tuesday, November 6, as voters cast their ballots in

town officials in favor of appointed officials.

In the Town of Pinckney, voters will decide, with ballot proposition 1, if the
elected position of Highway Superintendent should be abolished effective
December 31, 2019 and be replaced thereafter with an appointed Highway
    Superintendent.

Town of Watson voters will see two propositions, one seeking to abolish the
elected position of Highway Superintendent and replacing with an appointed
Highway Superintendent effective January 1, 2020, with the second seeking
the same for the elected position of Town Clerk/Tax Collector.

In the Town of New Bremen, there will be three propositions on the ballot
asking voters to change the term of office from two years to four years for the
elected positions of Town Supervisor, Town Highway Superintendent and
