    Lowville, NY- On Friday, January 26, 2018 officials from Lewis County,
    Jefferson Community College, Cornell Cooperative Extension and the
    Jefferson-Lewis Board of Cooperative Educational Services will hold a press
    conference at 3:30 PM, announcing plans for an Education Center to be built in
    Lewis County.

    Chair of the Lewis County Board of Legislators, Lawrence Dolhof, and
    president of Jefferson Community College, Dr. Ty Stone, will offer brief remarks
    followed by the signing of the partnership agreement by all parties.

    afternoon's signing ceremony.
