    Lowville, NY- Village of Lowville Mayor Donna Smith stopped in this morning
    to update users of the Village water system on the ongoing conserve water
    order, discuss the new portable filtration system the Village is implementing and
    to explain how water and sewer projects are paid for, in an exclusive interview

    Mayor Smith said the Mandatory Conserve Water Order is still in place, and the
    Village hopes to have the new portable filtration system online by the middle of
    next week. If things go as planned, the conservation order could be pulled the
    following week.
