Trespass charges after responding to the Roberts Road on Monday evening. A 911 call reporting an eighteen-year-old female suffering seizures at King Falls Hydro prompted the dispatch of a Lewis County Search & Rescue Ambulance around 5:44 PM. Emergency crews were notified that the patient was at the falls, located behind a locked gate on posted property, indicating they would need to walk into the location. Crews requested the property manager be contacted to possibly unlock the gate. Law enforcement units were also dispatched to the scene. The property manager was reached and proceeded to the scene. The ambulance arrived around 5:57 PM, before the property manager, and crews walked back to the scene. Copenhagen Fire was requested for manpower at 6:03 PM to help extricate the patient from the scene. One female was transported to Lewis county General Hospital at 6:47 PM. No details were immediately available on her condition. The following arrest report from New York State Police includes all parties charged with one count of Trespass each. |
