NYS Launches Talk2Prevent Resources to
Help Combat High-Risk Drinking in College

    Albany, NY- The NYS Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services
    (OASAS) recently launched the Talk2Prevent College Toolkit. The T2P
    College Toolkit provides resources for parents, educators and community-
    based providers on how to talk to college students on the dangers of underage
    drinking and drug use. By working together, parents, colleges and community
    coalitions can prevent high-risk drinking and its associated potential
    consequences including poisoning and overdose, violence, academic problems
