Volunteers Needed for 'Red Kettle Campaign' Kicking Off Friday

Each Christmas season one organization in Lewis County

is approached and asked to head up the Salvation Army's Christmas 'Red

Kettle Campaign'. This year Pastor Keith Hardy and the Lowville Bethel Church

of the Nazarene has willingly accepted to participate.

A successful campaign will require a large number of bell ringers, and therefore

Bethel Church is reaching out to individuals, families, organizations,

businesses, clubs, youth and senior groups, and other churches for

volunteers. The campaign will run from November 25th to December 24th, with

kettles stationed at Walmart and Tops in Lowville, Lock 96 in Port Leyden, and

The Falls Pharmacy in Lyons Falls.
