The community is encouraged to come out and show your

support for the Lowville Red Raiders Varsity Football team on Sunday morning,

as they prepare to bring home their first sectional championship since 1998!

Lowville will be travelling to Syracuse to take on General Brown in the Section

III Class "C" Championship game at the Carrier Dome. The game starts at

noon, and tickets are available at the school for $7, or at the gate for $9.

The team will depart from the school at 7:30 AM. Local businesses and

community members are encouraged to show the team their support by

cheering them on as they leave town. We know it's early on a Sunday morning,

but this is a special achievement that doesn't happen every day! You can line

both sides of State Street around the school, where the bus will be leaving and

heading out to Route 177. The corner of Clinton and Dayan Streets will be

another great location for gathering that the bus will pass. Bring your signs and

let the players see the Raider pride the community has! We will be out for

pictures so dress up, have fun and lets show the team how much the

community appreciates and supports their hard work.
