Updated information from NYSP Troop "D" Public Information Officer Jack Keller:
Nathan C. Burriss, age 24, Lowville, was arrested for Rape 3rd degree, a class “E”
felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor. He is
accused of having sexual intercourse with a 16 year-old female at a residence in the
Town of Lowville on September 18, 2016. He was arraigned in the Town of New
Bremen court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to be back in
Town of Lowville court on November 3rd .
