    Lowville, NY- The New York State Police arrested an 17-year-old
    Constableville male and 17-year-old Glenfield female on a charge of one count
    Petit Larceny each, yesterday afternoon.

    The pair is accused of stealing several make-up items and a pen, totaling $79,
    from the Walmart store on State Route 12 in Lowville. Both were issued
    appearance tickets for the Town of Lowville court. Due to their age and
    misdemeanor charges pending, State Police are not releasing identity at this
    time.
