Town of Lyonsdale-

On September 15th, State Police were dispatched to the

River Road in the Town of Lyonsdale for a report of a maroon colored dodge

pickup spinning the tires up a driveway. Witnesses allegedly observed Zachary

Dunaway operate a maroon colored Dodge Ram 1500 pickup on River Road in

a reckless manner without registration plates, according to State Police.

Zachary E. Dunaway, age 19, from Remsen, was issued several tickets and

transported to the Town of Lyonsdale court, where he was arraigned in front of

Town Justice Todd, who remanded Mr. Dunaway to the Lewis County Jail on

$2000 cash bail/ $4000 bond. Mr. Dunaway is scheduled to appear at the

Town of Lyonsdale court on October 5th at 5:30 PM.
