    Croghan, NY- Jonathan Sauer, 39, Croghan, was arrested by the New York
    State Police yesterday, on a charge of fourth-degree Criminal Mischief, a class
    "A" misdemeanor. Mr. Sauer is accused of causing damage to rental property
    on Old State Road in Croghan, with the complaint filed on September 7th. He
    had moved and was located at his apartment in Castorland yesterday. Mr.
    Sauer was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Croghan court on October
    11th.
