    ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in New
    York...

     Black River At Watertown affecting Lewis and Jefferson Counties.

    For the Black River...including Lowville and Watertown...Minor
    flooding is forecast.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

    Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
    deaths occur in vehicles.

    Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
    can do so safely.

    Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

    The next statement will be issued this afternoon by 200 PM EDT.

    ...The Flood Warning remains in effect...

    The Flood Warning continues for
     the Black River At Watertown.
    * Until this afternoon.
    * At 5:30 AM EDT today the stage was 10.1 feet.
    * Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
    * Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
     at 5:30 AM EDT today was 10.1 feet.
    * Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
     this morning and continue falling to 8.2 feet Wednesday evening.
    * Impact...At 10.0 feet, Flood stage, farmland flooding begins in
     the Flats with some roads flooded. Minor damages to riverfront
     commercial properties in Dexter.
    * Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.5
     feet on 04/08/2017.
