    ...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST
    WEDNESDAY...

    * WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 7
      inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph near the Lake Ontario
      shore. The heaviest snow will occur through early this evening.
      Moderate snow is expected at times overnight.

    * WHERE...Jefferson and Lewis counties.

    * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.

    * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
      conditions could impact the evening commute and the Wednesday
      morning commute.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

    Widespread accumulating snow will create dangerous travel
    conditions.
