    Public Notice:

    TOWN OF MARTINSBURG, LEWIS COUNTY, NEW YORK

    Take notice that a Public Hearing will be held by the Martinsburg Planning
    Board at 7:05 PM on February 3, 2021 at the Martinsburg Town Offices
    located at 5405 Cemetery Road for the purpose of receiving public comment
    on the Application for a Use Variance Permit on Tax Parcel Number 243.00-
    01-15.200; NY State Route 26. The application is for a 2.158 MW ground
    mount solar project.

    Review of this application will be in accordance with the Town of
    Martinsburg Development Code. Information on this action may be obtained
