PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village Board of the Village of Lowville shall conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the Village offices at 5535 Bostwick Street, Lowville, New York, to consider a local law to amend and restate Chapter 196 of the Code of the Village of Lowville, Senior Exemption. Eligibility for this exemption shall be based on the list of aged exemptions for the tax year provided by the Lewis County Real Property Offices. The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees shall follow the close of the hearing.
