After months of denied requests for a data breakdown by township, this is the first time community members can see the number of active and overall COVID- 19 cases in their town. During today's press conference Lewis County Manager Ryan Piche stressed that the map can be misleading. Even if a town is showing a low active case count, it is still important to wear a mask, maintain social distance, and follow all guidelines in place to help slow the spread of COVID-19, Mr. Piche said.
