Village of Lowville Police Chief Randy Roggie reminds village

residents that the seasonal Overnight Parking Ban on ALL village streets starts

on November 1st and runs through May 1st . The parking ban is in effect each

day between the hours of 3 a.m. and 6 a.m.

The Village of Lowville ordinance on the parking ban is included below.
