Martinsburg Town Board to Hold Public Hearing
on Proposed Tax Cap Override Law October 21

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Martinsburg, shall

conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 7:15 p.m. at the

Town Offices, 5405 Cemetery Road, Martinsburg, New York to consider a local

law to override the property tax cap for the upcoming fiscal year.

A full copy of the law is available for inspection during normal business hours at

the Town offices. All persons wishing to be heard on this issue should be

present at the date, time and place above stated or have written comments

submitted to the Town Board prior to that time and date. Any persons requiring

special accommodations to participate in such public hearing, should notify the

Town Clerk at least three (3) business days prior to the hearing.
