    LCHS Announces Provider Moves Taking Effect In October

    LOWVILLE, NY─  Lewis County Health System announces that the following
    primary care provider location changes will take effect in October.

    Effective Tuesday, October 6, Dr. Shirley Tuttle-Malone will be moving from
    Beaver River Health Center to Lewis County Family Practice.  The practice is
    located on the main health system campus on the third floor of the Medical Art
    Building in Lowville.  Dr. Tuttle-Malone will see patients on Monday, Wednesday,
    and Friday.

    Dr. M. Lynn Pisaniello will also begin seeing patients on Tuesdays and
    Thursdays starting on October 6 at Lewis County Family Practice.  She will
    continue to see patients at South Lewis Health Center on Mondays.

    Dr. Tuttle-Malone and Dr. M. Lynn Pisaniello join the following medical staff at
    Lewis County Family Practice: Dr. Monica Kwicklis, Dr. John Wat, and Family
    Nurse Practitioners Barbara Anderson, Corrie Schell, and Kathy Der.

    As of October 2, Family Nurse Practitioner Christie Kopidlansky will be moving
    from Lewis County Family Practice to Beaver River Health Center, located at
    7551 N. Main Street, Beaver Falls, New York. Christie will join Dr. Thomas Birk
    and Physician Assistant Melinda Rosner.

    "These moves are needed to improve access to primary care services for
    patients in our area," stated Sean Harney, Chief Medical Officer, Employed
    Medical Practices.
