October 12th Meeting of New Bremen Town Board

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the

Town of New Bremen on October 12, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. located at 8420 State

Route 812, Lowville, New York 13367 to consider the adoption of “proposed”

Local Law No. 2 of 2020 – Amending Local Law No. 3 of the year 2000 related to

“Flood Damage Control” and Amending Local Law No. 2 of the year 2018.

Copies of said proposed local law are available for review at the Town Clerk’s

office located at 8420 State Route 812, Lowville, New York 13367 or at:

townofnewbremen.weebly.com.

hold a public hearing on the 12th day of October, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town

Municipal Office Building, New Bremen, NY to review Site Plan Review

Application No. 3-2020 submitted by Lori and Randall Turck, 5468 State Rte.

410, Castorland, New York, to reopen and operate Pond Effects Bar & Grill,

located at 7575 Snell Road, Town of New Bremen, NY, Tax Map No. 179.00-04-

14.200; and to hear all interested parties for or against said application.

Information regarding this application is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office at 8420

State Rte. 812, Lowville, NY.
