| Town of Denmark Planning Board to Hold Two Public Hearings During September 1 Meeting August 31, 2020 10:30 a.m. |
(2) Public Hearings on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 beginning at 7:00pm. The first Public Hearing is for the purpose of hearing public comment on Special Use Zoning Permit Application 2 of 2020 submitted by Heather Hogan for an aromatherapy boutique and gift shop to be located at her residence located at 9758 East Road (tax map 126.00-02-03.000). The second Public Hearing is for the purpose of hearing public comment on Special Use Zoning Permit Application 3 of 2020 submitted by James Hancock for the change of use of an existing barn to a wedding venue / event center at his property located at 3853 Deer River Road (tax map 097.00-01-20.141). The Public Hearings will be held in conjunction with the regular monthly meeting of the Town of Denmark Planning Board held at the Town of Denmark Municipal Building located at 3707 Roberts Rd, Deer River, NY.
