Lawsuit Alleges Sexual Abuse by Former
Lowville Teacher and Church Choir Director

Lowville, NY-

A lawsuit filed in Lewis County State Supreme Court on Monday

alleges sexual abuse against a former male student at Lowville High School by a

former teacher who was also the choir director at the Lowville United Methodist

Church.

The lawsuit,

, claims the abuse took place at both

the school and the church from 1979 to 1981 by A. Ronald Johnson. The alleged

victim was approximately 15 at the time the alleged abuse started.
