Village of Turin to Hold May 19 Meeting Via Video Conference

Public Notice from Village of Turin:

Because of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency and State and

Federal bans on large meetings or gatherings, Governor Cuomo’s Executive

Order 202.1 issued on March 12, 2020 suspended portions of the Open

Meetings Law. The Village of Turin will be conducting their monthly meeting

scheduled for May 19th, 2020 at 6 pm and will be held electronically via video

conference/conference call instead of a public meeting open for the public to

attend in person, copies of the documents will be available for review Members

of the public may participate in the public hearing by contacting the village clerk.

Written comments will also be accepted via US Mail or email at

and be read at the meeting. Minutes of the hearing

will be available under normal guidelines and the hearing will be transcribed and

be available upon request from the Village Clerk. If you wish to attend this “video
