Video: Lowville Fire Dispatched to Porch Fire on Elm Street

    Lowville, NY- Lowville Fire was dispatched to what was reported as a porch fire
    on Elm Street, just off of S. State St. just around 9:40 this evening. A short video
    from the scene is included below. Officials on scene say everyone was safely out
    of the building and the fire was contained mainly to the side porch area of the
    building. Crews remain on scene performing overhaul. No further details were
    available at this time. We'll update with the fire report from the Emergency
    Management office when received.
