Lowville Fire Dispatched to Reported
Structure Fire on Stony Lake Truck Rd.

May 23, 2020   07:15 p.m.   Update 08:57 p.m.

    Fire Dispatch (7:05 p.m.): Lowville fire has been dispatched to a reported
    structure fire on the Stony Lake Truck Road in the town of Watson. Mutual aid
    has been requested from 3-G Fire.

    UPDATE 7:35 p.m.: Lowville units on scene report a small camp has mostly
    burned and the fire has moved to a wood pile and into a wooded area. The
    location is hard to access with fire apparatus. Croghan Fire has been requested
    to respond with their UTV.

    Update 7:43 p.m.: Croghan Fire's UTV is no longer needed and Croghan has
    been told to disregard the request to respond. Lowville units report fire is not out
    and overhaul of the scene is underway.

    Update 8:57 p.m.: Crews have cleared the scene are in mobile service.
