Veterans Day Ceremony Scheduled for November 11 in Lowville

    Press Release from Lowville American Legion:

    Veterans Day Ceremony

    On November 11th at 1100 hours (11 AM) a formal military honors ceremony will
    be held at the Lowville Veterans Park. This brief ceremony will include a brief
    speech and full military honors (live fire and taps).

    This solemn public ceremony takes roughly fifteen minutes. Refreshments to
    follow with museum tours at the Lowville American Legion located 100 yards from
    Veterans Park.

    The American Legion, VFW, and MCL will have complimentary snacks/food and
    provide the first drink on the house to any Veteran.

    The American Legion is located at 5383 Dayan Street, Lowville.  Call 376-3712
    The American Legion Legionnaires are currently recruiting new members, and is
    open to ANYONE who served!  Membership rules have changed.   Please “Like”
