The board then reviewed the site plan for the proposed construction of a Dollar General retail store to be located on NYS Route 12 at the northern edge of the village of Copenhagen, submitted by GYMO Architecture Engineering & Land Surveying DPC. The proposed store will be 70' wide by 130' deep for a total of 9,100 square feet and a 30 space parking lot. Lighting and landscaping for the proposed project was also included in the review.
