morning, as the finishing touches are ongoing in preparation for the opening of the 199th edition of the Lewis County Fair on Tuesday. The fair runs Tuesday, July 16 through Saturday, July 20th. Gate admission is free daily, with parking available on the fairgrounds for $5 daily or $15 for a week pass. Some highlights this year include the annual parade on Tuesday night, beginning at 7 p.m. and followed by a huge fireworks show around 10:30 p.m. This year's Friday night concert features Easton Corbin, with tickets still available online or at the fair office.
