charges stemming from the moe.down music festival that took place July 4-6 at the Snow Ridge Ski Resort. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Patrick J. Summers, 24, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance LSD), a class D felony. He was arraigned with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. Justin L. Pettinati, 35, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (psilocybin mushrooms), a class D felony. He was arraigned with bail set at $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond. Derek W. Bond, 28, was charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of Marijuana, a class E felony, due to the weight being over 25 grams. He was arraigned with bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond. William LaPorta Jr., 36, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, a class C felony, after allegedly selling concentrated cannabis. He was additionally charged with one count of third- degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (LSD), a class B felony. He was arraigned on the charges with bail set at $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond. Daniel McLoughlin, 33, was charged with three counts of third-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (LSD), a class B felony. He was arraigned on the charges with bail set at $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond. Ryan B. Hoban, 33, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance(MDMA), a class D Felony. Bail was set at $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond at arraignment. Natalie Weaver, age not provided, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, a class D felony. She was arraigned on the charges and released on her own recognizance. Kelly A. Benner-Campbell, 26, was charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class A misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation. She pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of Disorderly Conduct and was fined and released. Kayla M. Parker, 29, was charged with one count of seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class A misdemeanor and a pair of trffic violations. She pleaded guilty to a reduced count of Disorderly Conduct and was fined and released. Lee D. Dery, 28, was charged with one count of seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class A misdemeanor. A guilty plea was entered to a reduced charge of Disorderly Conduct, resulting in a fine and release. |
