hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 9:30 AM at the Town of Martinsburg offices on Cemetery Road to consider the application of Terrence Thisse, 6371 East Martinsburg Road, Lowville, N.Y. Tax Parcel #228.00-01- 30.210 for a Variance of Section 240-15 of the Town of the Martinsburg Development Law. The applicant is appealing the decision of the zoning enforcement officer denying a permit to place a structure less than 60 feet from a County road. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Written comments will also be entertained.
