The Lyons Falls Farmers Market opened for the season today with a

ribbon-cutting ceremony. The market is held each Tuesday, from 12 to 5 p.m.,

at the Riverside Park on Laura Street through October 9th. The market features

local crafters, vendors and producers, and will be doing a season-long 50/50

raffle this year. New management is leading the market this year. The video

below includes our conversation with Co-Manager Beverly Swiernik and the

opening ceremony.
