Lowville, NY- A Lewis County grand jury has handed up a seven count
    indictment against a Croghan man.

without her consent, on January 13, at a residence in the town of Martinsburg.

A temporary order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim. Mr. Hoch is
currently released on $20,000 bail, which continues.

The case will be heard in Lewis County Court by the Honorable John H.
Crandall and prosecuted by the Oneida County District Attorney's office, after
recusal by Lewis County officials. Mr. Hoch is represented by Syracuse attorneys
    Michael Spano and Emil Rossi.

A trial date is pending, with motion dates set. The next court appearance is
scheduled for August 2, with oral arguments on motions.
