    Albany, NY- The New York State Department of Labor released April
    unemployment data this afternoon. Lewis County had a rate of  5.8 percent,
    down both from last April's rate of 6.5 percent and last month's rate of 7.2
    percent. The state's seasonably adjusted rate for April was 3.6 percent.
