    Watertown, NY- The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office arrested a Castorland
    woman on Thursday evening, charging her with a misdemeanor count of Acting
    in a Manner Injurious to a Child.

    According to a release from the Sheriff's office, Gwendolyn P. Holton, 28, left a
    six year-old unattended in a locked, non-running vehicle, for over 40 minutes, in
    the parking lot of the JCPenney's store in the town of Watertown.

    Ms. Holton was issued a ticket to appear in the town of Watertown court on May
    23.
