Grand Jury Indicts Two Lewis County Residents on Felony Drug Charges

    Lowville, NY- Two Lewis County residents were arraigned in Lewis County
    court on Tuesday afternoon, with the Honorable Daniel R. King presiding, after a
    grand jury handed up indictments on felony drug counts.

    Kori Tucker, 27, of Glenfield, is charged with one count of third-degree Criminal
    Sale of a Controlled Substance and one count of third-degree Criminal
    Possession of a Controlled Substance, both class B felonies. He is accused of
    selling heroin on January 29 in the town of Greig. Bail was set at $1,500 cash or
    $3,000 bond, with Mr. Tucker scheduled to next appear in court on May 31.

    Jacob Farney, 28, of Lowville, is charged with one count of third-degree
    Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance and one count of third-degree Criminal
    Possession of a Controlled Substance, both class B felonies. He is accused of
    selling heroin and fentanyl on January 18 in the town of Watson. Bail was set at
    $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond, with Mr. Farney's next scheduled court appearance
    set for May 31.
