    Notice to Village of Lowville Residents:

    Highlander Construction is planning on conducting blasting of rock on the
    sanitary pump station property at the corner of Water Street and East State
    Street, periodically, beginning Monday, December 17, 2018 through
    Wednesday, December 19, 2018. The work is part of the Village's 'Five Streets'
    project to upgrade water and sewer infrastructure.
