Lowville, NY- The Lewis County Planning Board held their regular monthly meeting on December 20th, taking the following actions:
- The Board elected officers, with Tim Peterson elected as chairperson and
Gary Rosiczkowski elected as vice chairperson.
- The Board approved a proposed zoning text amendment from the town of
Turin, to define regulations related to renewable energy facilities, private roads, accessory apartments and seasonal use.
- The Board reviewed and approved the town of Diana Comprehensive
Plan.
- The Board reviewed a use variance to convert an existing house to
operate a specialty retail boutique located at 6494 Ramos Road in the Town of Martinsburg, deeming it a matter of local concern.
