| Ice Skating Rink at Lewis County Fairgrounds Opens Today 12/26/18 10:45am |
Lowville, NY- The Lewis County Skating Rink, at the Lowville Fair Grounds, will be opening to the public TODAY, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 26 at NOON!!! This will allow our scheduled programs to begin on time! Learn to Skate will begin January 2nd at 5:30. Figure Skating will begin January 7th at 6:30!!! Registration is still open. Here are the hours for public skating, at the rink, in case anyone would like to go. (Skating AND skate rentals are FREE!!!) Monday*: 3:30 - 5:00 Tuesday*: 3:30 - 8:00 Wednesday*: 3:30 - 5:00 Thursday*: 3:30 - 5:00 Friday*: 3:30 - 9:00 Saturday: 1:00 - 9:00 Sunday 12:00 - 7:00 *When Lowville school has a snow day, or vacation day, the rink opens at 12:00 noon, so this week, and next week (through Jan.1st), the rink is open at noon!!! There is also adult hockey (pick-up games) Monday and Thursday evenings at 8 pm. That cost is $10/night. |
