Lewis County General Hospital CEO Gerald Cayer introduced a

new doctor at last evening's meeting of the Lewis County Board of Legislators.

Kathyrn McHugh, M.D., a 2007 graduate of Lowville Academy, has returned

home to Lewis County as a family practice physician at Lowville Medical

Associates. Dr. McHugh attended medical school at Upstate Medical University

in Syracuse, NY. She is board certified in family practice.
