Castorland Man Enters Guilty Plea to Rape Charge

    Lowville, NY- A Castorland man appeared in Lewis County Court on Tuesday,
    with the Honorable Eugene R. Renzi presiding.

    Jesse R. Tebo, 33, pleaded GUILTY to a charge of third-degree Rape, a class
    E felony. Sentencing was adjourned to January 10, when Mr. Tebo is expected
    to receive six months in Lewis County Jail, followed by a ten year probation
    term.

    Mr. Tebo admitted to having sexual intercourse with an individual under the
    age of seventeen, between October 1 and October 31, 2017, in the Village of
    Lowville.
