Tai Chi for Arthritis to return to Lewis County. The program is tentatively scheduled to begin on Monday, October 29, at 10:00 AM at the Lowville Presbyterian Church. The classes will run for 6 weeks. The cost of the program will be $10.00 per week ($60.00 in advance). The class will be led by Sandy Buckingham and Mary Lou DeMinck, TCA certified instructors.
