with acting Judge Honorable Eugene R. Renzi presiding. Tammy L. Stowell, 54, pleaded GUILTY to third-degree Grand Larceny, a class "D" felony. She was then sentenced to serve 5 years of probation and ordered to pay $375 in court fees. She has already paid $45,000 in restitution and was ordered to pay the remaining $14,931.03 plus a ten percent surcharge. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim. Ms. Stowell admitted to stealing $59,931.03 between September 22, 2016 and March 19, 2018 from Mary Guignard in the Town of Watson. |
