    Lowville, NY- We were on scene this afternoon on Cascade Avenue, where
    NYS DEC, Lowville Police and Lewis County Sheriff's Office deputies were
    trying to redirect a moose wandering around the Village of Lowville on Rural
    and Cascade Avenues. The moose was safely directed out of the village late in
    the evening. Some of our video footage is included below.
