5th Annual Remembrance Walk at Maple Ridge Center, Lowville, NY: This event is to Honor & Remember the babies/infants who have died during pregnancy, after birth, or in infancy. The proceeds help supply bereaved families with Bereavement Care Packages and Cuddle Cots to hospitals in the CNY/NNY Region This event is designed to spread awareness and break the silence on pregnancy & infant loss. Proceeds from the Event will support the Caitlyn R. Paté Fund set up through the Lewis County Hospital Foundation. REGISTER HERE!
(Please note only 1 item will be given to each registered participant. There will be no guarantees for late registrants to receive the release item.) Anyone under the age of 5 does not need to register, however if they would like a t-shirt (youth sizes available), you will need to add that when you register, noting size and quantity. Payment must be received by September 14, 2018. Cost is $10.00/shirt. When: Saturday September 29, 2018. Registration begins at 8:00 AM. Walk begins at 8:45 AM Where: Maple Ridge Center, 7421 East Road, Lowville NY Registration Period: August 4 through September 14, 2018 in order to receive a t-shirt on event day. Those who register after September 14, 2018 are not guaranteed a t-shirt. A limited number of shirts will be available the day of the event. Entry Fees: $25/person this includes a t-shirt. After September 14, 2018 registration fee will be $30 and does not guarantee a T-shirt. 5 & under are free of charge and without a t-shirt however, you can purchase a t-shirt at an additional cost of $10/shirt. Donations: If you are unable to attend the walk but would like to donate to the Caitlyn R. Paté Fund you can make a check payable to Lewis County Hospital Foundation-Caitlyn R. Paté Fund.
