    Press Release from Area Episcopal Churches:

    Blessing of the Animals

    October 4th is the Feast of St. Francis. Francis is the patron saint of animals
    because of his great love for them. Everyone is welcome to bring your pets,
    large and small, to be blessed. Here are the details:

    Wednesday, October 3: 5-6PM at Grace Episcopal Church, 421 State St.,
    Carthage.

    Saturday, October 6: After the 4PM service at St. Paul's Episcopal Church,
    Church St., Constableville.

    Sunday, October 7: After the 10AM service at Trinity Episcopal Church, 5411
    Trinity Ave., Lowville.

    Please be sure that pets are secured safely. Pets are a blessing to us and this
    is a chance to bless them. We look forward to seeing all the animals and their
    families also!
