    Lewis County, NY- For the first time since July 12, the majority of Lewis County
    is no longer experiencing moderate drought conditions, according to the latest
    weekly update from the National Drought Mitigation Center. Most of the county
    has now been moved back into the abnormally dry classification, after the county
    experienced some periods of rain over the past few weeks.
