Lowville, NY- Village of Lowville officials this afternoon lifted a mandatory
conserve water order that has been in place since July 5th.

"I'd like to thank everyone for their patience with the situation," Mayor Donna
    Smith said.

Reserve levels in the system's storage tower were back to full capacity on
Monday, at a full 20 feet, recovering from the 14 foot level the tower was at on
Friday, Department of Public Works Superintendent Thomas Compo said.

Residents are encouraged to voluntary conserve water where they can and be
cognisant of the limits of the system to avoid pushing the system beyond
    capacity again.
