Criminal Court, with the Honorable Daniel R. King presiding: Joshua D. Mantle, 29, of Harrisville, was arraigned on grand jury indicted charges of second-degree Assault, a class "D" felony and fourth-degree Criminal Mischief, a class "A" misdemeanor. He entered NOT GUILTY pleas to both charges, with the case adjourned to August 3. Mr. Mantle is accused of striking a victim, causing contusions to the chest, and damaging a television, both on March 21 in the Town of Diana. Jill M. O'Connor, 39, of Brantingham, was arraigned on a three-count indictment handed up by a grand jury. Ms. O'Connor entered NOT GUILTY pleas to charges of third-degree Rape, a class "E" felony, third-degree Criminal Sex Act, a class "E" felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class "A" misdemeanor. A jury trial has been scheduled for February 4, 2019. Ms. O'Connor is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with an individual under the age of seventeen on December 9, 2017. Eusebio Ramos-Andrade, 36, currently residing at the Lewis County Jail, was arraigned and entered a GUILTY plea to a charge of third-degree Possessing a Forged Instrument, a class "A" misdemeanor. Sentencing in the case was scheduled for August 17. Mr. Ramos-Andrade is accused of presenting a forged permanent residence card to the Lewis County Department of Motor Vehicles on March 23, 2018. Joshua J. Stamp, 36, of Croghan, was arraigned on a three-count grand jury indictment charging him with two counts of third-degree Criminal Sex Act, class "E" felonies, and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class "A" misdemeanor. He entered NOT GUILTY pleas to the charges, with a jury trial set for January 14, 2019. Mr. Stamp is accused of engaging in oral sexual contact with an individual under the age of seventeen on October 1, 2016 and November 30, 2016. Corey D. Marolf, 21, of Turin, was arraigned on a four-count grand jury indictment charging him with one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, a class "C" felony, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, class "D" felonies, and one count of third-degree Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine, a class "D" felony. NOT GUILTY pleas were entered on all four charges, with the case adjourned to August 3. Mr. Marolf is accused of possessing a loaded firearm and meth-making materials on April 26 in the Town of West Turin. |
