    Glenfield, NY- The Blue Street bridge, crossing Whetstone Creek in the Town
    of Martinsburg, will be closed beginning Thursday, June 21, for a replacement
    project that will take place over the summer and fall months.

    Lewis County Highway Superintendent David Becker said the project is expected
    to be completed by mid-November.

    Luck Brothers Inc. was awarded the contract in May for the bridge replacement,
    with a bid of $1,091,324.35
